Welcome to our brilliant website...

We have been making Natural Soy Candles for a little over four years now... we still have that same passion for making these wonderful natural candles as the day the first one was poured!

Please note that while all care is taken in pouring you personalised candles some slight visual imperfection may be present, this is because you have chosen a chemical free product that is hand poured, candles that look perfectly smooth are machine and chemically made and mass produced. However, we endeavor to ensure that our candles look beautiful None of our candles or melts contains any chemicals to enhance the visual quality of the product. This website was launched November 2007 and further personalised products will be added as the website grows.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE? No, you are welcome to submit a phone or email order and can pay by money order, paypal or bank transfer. Just simply email us through your order at sales@gippslandgifts.com You can mail your order to : Thorpdale Soy Products, PO BOX 428, Morwell, VIC, Australia, 3840 .

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? As all candle orders are made to your specifications, it will take 1-3 days to make your order, then it will be posted which is 1-6 business days with Australia Standard Post. When your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email to confirm this. All other orders will take 24-48 hours to process then 1-6 business days posted with Australia Post, you will be sent an email to confirm your order and that it has been shipped. REFUND POLICY We offer a refund and exchange on products on a case by case basis. If there is any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, after all we want you to be happy with your purchase!!!
